6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or does not meet the specifications agreed upon in writing.
If a product is delivered in error or damaged:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
- We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion
